Cancellations

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment a 24hr notice is required for any appointment cancellations. You can do this the same way you booked your appointment through the online service. For any cancellation less than 24 hours, the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Two consecutive cancellations in less then a 24 hour period will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges, and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.

No Shows

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it online, or without first contacting me by way of telephone, text or email, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.

Late Arrivals

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, and we reserve the right to charge the client for the full price of missed service as a result.
