Michael is a tremendous barber, and also a tremendous human that saved me a few days before my wedding. When my usual barber couldn't schedule me in, I scoured Yelp for a barber located anywhere in NorCal (I live in Tracy) that I could trust my wedding haircut to, despite not having my hair cut by them prior. Michael had tons of positive reviews, so he was my top choice. I left a voice mail letting him know my situation, and he called back within about 2 hours. He let me know that he was all booked up, but that he could stay open an extra hour to accommodate me. I am grateful there are people in the world like Michael. Most importantly, my haircut was perfect for my wedding.

Michael over at Frank E's is such a pleasure to visit every few months. I can't speak enough good about the man, but I will say if you treat him right he will treat you right. I needed a last minute haircut and the man squeezed me in beyond his hours to get me what I needed. That is commitment to your customers if I've ever seen it. You have a lifelong customer and friend Michael. On top of that, his haircuts/experience are always top notch.
